This year Irvington Guild of Artists is collaborating with the Bona Thompson Memorial Center to create an exhibition that will share artwork from the collections of the residents of Irvington. In conjunction with the exhibition, a silent auction, which is a fundraiser for the IGA to continue its mission and support public art in Irvington, will be held on July 12, from 5 – 9pm. Enjoy live music, refreshments and a wide selection of art and other desirable items at the silent auction.

The recently restored Bona Thompson Memorial Center is located in Irvington, an eastside suburb of Indianapolis. The building was originally the library for Butler University from 1903 to 1928. The Center is operated by the Irvington Historical Society and houses the archives and art collection of the society, and features several art exhibitions throughout the year. The facility is also available for private functions.
