A group of Emerson Heights residents are exploring how to improve 10th Street. The project is in the beginning stages and involves discussions with other neighborhood organizations that share 10th street as a boundary. The project is a product of the Revitalization Committee and interested parties may become involved by attending the Revitalization Committee meetings.
