This is a recommended class for those of you who received a tree this fall or plan to add trees to your landscaping.<br /> <br /> Participants attend two, day-long classes taught by tree care professionals and cover the topics of:<br /> <br /> · Tree growth<br /> · Tree identification<br /> · Proper pruning<br /> · Care and maintenance<br /> · Pests and diseases<br /> · Hazard tree evaluation<br /> · Tree Species site and selection<br /> · Proper planting techniques<br /> · Urban Forestry<br /> <br /> Workshops are on Jan 14th and 21st from 9:00 to 4:00pm at the Indianapolis Neighborhood Resource Center. Lunch will be provided.
