We need to demonstrate community support to move this project forward. If you can attend, please do. It’s also an opportunity to see Irvington Community School, a charter school that is available to families in our neighborhood.<br /> <br /> The Pennsy is the eastside version of the Monon and is important to our community for the potential economic impact it can have on the area, as well as the physical fitness and recreational benefits. Current plans have the trail connecting to the east edge of Ellenberger Park and on to Cumberland.
