Founded in 1983, the mission of the Emerson Heights Community Organization is to preserve and protect the historic, cultural and economic value of our community through organization, education, empowerment, and action.

Emerson Heights Community Organization is the neighborhood organization for the Emerson Heights neighborhood on the eastside of Indianapolis. The boundaries are from 10th street on the north to Michigan Street on the south, and from Linwood Ave on the west to Emerson Ave on the east. Emerson Heights is a NESCO community.

Our monthly meetings are on the third Thursday of each month, at 6:30 pm in the basement of Wallace Street Presbyterian Church at 10th Street and Wallace.
